Young Real Estate Professionals Dubai was founded in Fall 2007 by Dubai residents Cecilia Esther Rabess and Irfaan Lalani. 

YREP Dubai was conceived to create networking opportunities for the growing number of young real estate professionals in the market.  Co-founders Cecilia and Irfaan sought to open the lines of communication among young professionals across all levels of the value chain to leverage the dynamism of the Dubai real estate sector.

Cecilia and Irfaan have drawn on their real estate industry experience to develop an organization that promotes communication through regular professional networking events and educates members through periodic specialty speaker events featuring prominent industry leaders.

Cecilia is currently a Senior Analyst  with Investment Boutique, LLC, where she works on gathering market intelligence and providing real estate investment and development advisory services.  She is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and enjoys kittens, ice cream and long walks on the beach.

Irfaan is currently a Hospitality Analyst in the Dubai office of Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, the world's leading hospitality investment advisor.  He is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration and hails from Dallas, Texas.  He enjoys cooking, travelling and the great outdoors.
